Custom Homes

Homes designed with your architect around how you live. Impact-rated, energy-smart, and finished to the last detail, with one number up front and changes priced and signed before the work happens.

Accessory dwelling units

ADUs

Add value, flexibility, and rental income to your property with a hurricane-rated, code-compliant accessory dwelling unit. ADU rules are set by your city or county, not the state. We check your local ordinance before we draw anything.

Built for Florida weather

Level. Plumb. Square. On the number.

The same standard on every house, whether it is a custom home on the water or a 600 square foot ADU in the back yard.

Impact glass and reinforced roofs

Openings rated for wind-borne debris, roof structures strapped for hurricane loads, built to the Florida Building Code and inspected at every stage.

Moisture-smart assemblies

Flashing, drainage planes and ventilation detailed for Florida humidity, so the house sheds water instead of holding it.

One number up front

Fixed-scope pricing with open books. Changes get priced and signed before the work happens, never after.

A photo every day

Daily logs, progress photos and a client portal. You will never have to wonder where your project stands.

Straight answers

The questions homeowners actually ask.

Can I build an ADU on my lot?
ADU rules are set by your city or county, not the state. Florida's proposed statewide ADU bill (SB 48) passed the Senate but did not become law in 2026. We check your local ordinance before we draw anything, and we tell you what it allows before you spend a dollar on design.
How do you handle change orders?
In writing, priced, and signed by you before the work happens. Never after. If nothing changes, nothing changes on your bill.
Who runs my project day to day?
One of the owners. Bill or Gary is on your site and on your phone from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Spire Constructors is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1539625, current and active. Look it up on MyFloridaLicense.com. We carry general liability and workers' compensation and will send certificates naming you as holder. Ask us about bonding for your project and we will answer in writing.
How do I know your subs get paid?
Lien releases with every draw, from us and from every sub. You never pay for work that is not in place, and nobody can lien your property for a bill we owe.
