Our client is an investor. His goal was simple to say and hard to deliver: a Delray Beach short-term rental that stands apart from the look-alike rentals around it. In a crowded market, nice is not enough. It has to be the listing people scroll back up to book.

So we treated the build like a product. We took the property end to end: a full renovation of the house, a resort-style backyard with a custom pool, large-scale murals by a commissioned artist, and a clean, photo-ready coastal interior. Every decision was made through one lens: will a guest choose this one?

01 · The build

A backyard worth booking for

The centerpiece is the backyard. We excavated and built a custom in-ground pool, commissioned large-scale murals along the fence line, and finished it with a pergola lounge, turf and a putting green: a resort-style outdoor space built to be the reason a guest picks this house.

Bright, modern, photo-ready

We took the interior down to the studs and rebuilt it as a light, coastal space: an open kitchen and living room, new baths, and bedrooms that photograph as well as they sleep.
